Philip Broomhead

Philip first started his European collaboration in 2002 and has made lasting relationships over many transnational projects including the precursors to VET@work.

With over 30 years of experience in the further education sector and a background in science and agriculture, it has brought him into contact with apprentices, FE students, international partners and representatives of government organisations and bodies.

Now a passionate advocate of work based learning, Philip specialises in management development and the impact of coaching and mentoring to support a learning culture in business.

One thing I have learned is that we all have the same challenges and together we can share our wealth of experience and bring back new ideas and practices to our home countries”

Adele is a specialist learning support tutor at a local college working on a one to one basis with post-16 students with specific learning needs.

She is a trained Customer Service Assessor with past experience in retail services, customer care and retail management.

A natural communicator, she has worked on European projects in the past and joined the VET@work team to give a learner’s insight into work based learning.

Adele has an interest in natural health and mental well being, she is a qualified Bowen and massage practitioner. She has also enjoys growing her own vegetables and baking bread during lockdown.
