Any collaboration will benefit from positive and constructive feedback. The collaboration might not always succeed in getting everything right but it is important to focus on the positives and provide praise and positive reinforcement on that. Praise and positive reinforcement will help to build confidence and competence among those involved in VET and work collaborations. When you are starting off to climb the ladder of collaboration, a little help and positive encouragement can move you in the right direction. Set and agree some milestones so that you can recognise a job well done.
