  • Employers and VET providers jointly assess the curriculum and fine-tune it to professional practice.
  • Give attention to 2001 century skills within the curriculum and the professional practice
  • Increasing availability of the latest production resources by having practical lessons take place within companies
  • Involve professionals and employers in the training program within the school
  • Let teachers gain more practical experience within companies
  • Set up a good communication and cooperation with employers by creating a solid communication structure and easy contact
