VET-provider + Employer
- Looking for new ways to introduce students and employers to each other and make better matches between them
- Employers and VET providers jointly assess the curriculum and fine-tune it to professional practice.
- Give attention to 2001 century skills within the curriculum and the professional practice
- Increasing availability of the latest production resources by having practical lessons take place within companies
- Involve professionals and employers in the training program within the school
- Let teachers gain more practical experience within companies
- Set up a good communication and cooperation with employers by creating a solid communication structure and easy contact
